Returns & Refund Policy
Made to order All Setpiece products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at hello@setpiece.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Setpiece is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Refunds Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items confirmed by our team. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
