Shipping Policy

United States — Free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery in 7 to 14 business days.

International — We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your destination. Where we are unable to ship, no shipping option will appear at checkout. Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days.

Production time — Every Setpiece piece is made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Tracking — All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Duties and taxes — International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are the responsibility of the customer, and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Setpiece has no control over these charges.
